Harmony has floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom apartments. Take a look at our apartment units in person by setting up an appointment, or view our floor plan layouts.
Harmony welcomes your pets at our Westfield apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, though there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for Residents with pets. Pets over 50 lbs are limited to the first floor or second floor only if that home is above a garage.

Harmony is served by Westfield-Washington Schools, which includes Shamrock Springs, Westfield Intermediate School, Westfield Middle School, and Westfield High School.
Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Yes, Harmony and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.

No, Harmony does not offer income-based housing.
No, Harmony does not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease. Rent must be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
Yes! Harmony Apartment Homes is a smoke-free property, meaning there is no smoking permitted in apartments or on balconies. Smoking is only permitted 10 feet away from all buildings. 
A security deposit is required before lease signing. The amount is based on the outcomes of your application screening.
